Dined at Charbon on New Years Eve 2007. Service and food were excellent despite the full house. Great menu choice and steaks were prepared to perfection. Loved the upbeat atmosphere. Only drawback was the very cold draft coming from the window/door next to our table. If you visit in winter ask to be seated away from this spot. Will definitely return.
