On a gorgeous day we chartered a little sailboat and saw Guanabara Bay from a different perspective. It was so gorgeous seeing Ipanema from the water. There are also parts of the bay you would never see otherwise. A private beach owned by the government, views of Pau de Acucar and the Cristo, and Niteroi, the city on the other side of the bay. report a problemPosted on: December 07, 2008 at 4:45PM
Great tip. I'm heading to Rio in a couple of weeks so I might try this myself. Any recommendations on charter companies? How muich did it cost? Thanks!
