I highly recommend taking the time to try Hang Gliding in Rio. The scenery is unbelievable and the instructors are relaxed and fun. I know that some might be terrified of this type of activity, but once you get yourself off the platform (which is the hardest part - I had to have them count down twice) it is incredibly peaceful. It is one of the most memorable moments of my trip.
