Daphne Trevi was a little difficult to find because there was no signage. There was only a small sign that says "20" off the street. Be sure to have their phone number and address handy when you are headed there. The entrance was no frills, and there were some equipments as they were installing an elevator which was sorely needed. You go up a narrow spiral staircase to reach your rooms. It was a little difficult to navigate with large suitecases but the staff was very helpful. We had the family room on the first floor and another regular room on the 3rd floor. Both were in very good condition if a little snug but usual size for European hotels. What really made the stay here great was the staff. They were very gracious and helpful with just about anything you could want. We left a memory card reader in the room when we left and they emailed us the same day to let us know and offered to send it to us. The breakfast was the standard continental and plentiful. They will make hot chocolates, espresso etc for you on top of the regular coffee they offer. The location of the hotel is premium. Our group of 6 were more than satisfied with Daphne Trevi.
