Albergo del Sole al Pantheon

Having booked 3 rooms at this hotel 5 months in advance, we arrived at the hotel to be told at the reception desk that a clerk had 'misbooked' our rooms (I had paid for them at the time of booking) for the wrong month and there were no rooms available! We were put up in a place down the street.
