Do your research not only by reading travel information but using the internet. Businesses are not easy to find in Rome where they don't have clearly marked street signs or do not always have signage. Looking up the addresses and directions to grocery stores, laundromats and banks online in the area we stayed would have saved us time and effort. report a problemPosted on: November 10, 2008 at 4:21PM
You are right. We only did a little research and wished we had spent a great deal more. Our trip last week would have been even better if we had known more.
