Fabulous!!! My son and I went to Rome and were in the mood for some Pizza after taking in the Colliseum. I passed up the places immediately surrounding the area because I figured that they are more touristy and wanted to go to a more 'locals' place. A short walk away on Via Di S. Gioivanni we ran into this place and even though everyone was saying you had to go to Naples for good pizza we went to Luzzi's and in our 5 days in Rome went back 3 times. The service is boisterous and fun and the food is wonderful. We tried the grilled calamari, the carpaccio, and of course pizza's. I cannot wait to go back again. In fact, my primary reason for going back to Rome in October of 2010 is just to go back to Luzzi's. Go early as it does get packed with locals and tourists but if you end up having to wait... wait... it is worth it!! report a problem
