San Diego

We have stayed at the Catamaran Resort twice. It's a fantastic place and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. I've stayed before kids and this year with my two children. It's a fantastic location. We absolutely loved the Pacific Beach on the Pacific Ocean which is a minutes walk just across the street. The waves are amazing.The hotel itself is on Mission Bay which is ideal for families with younger children. We stayed in a room with a kitchen and loved not having to rush out in the morning to go to breakfast. The hotel facilities are excellent. My teenage son loved the gym and my preteen loved the warm pool and hot tub. The hotel is close to all the major tourist spots. Bring your GPS and it's a breeze to get around San Diego. The weather was outstanding and the San Diegans were very friendly. The hotel staff were very courteous and service was excellent. 5 stars.
