The killer rooftop view is almost an afterthought for the young professionals sipping honeydew martinis and air-kissing friends at this stylish lounge above Pueblo Vieja, a Mexican restaurant. The long tapas menu includes skinny fresh asparagus sprinkled with Parmesan, chorizo tacos, and a filling roast beef sandwich that's a hit after a few drinks. The cocktail menu includes several wines and tequilas by the glass. A slatted wood awning and white umbrellas shade tables on the terrace.
