The Simpson House Inn is my definition of Heaven on Earth. It's worth every cent and then some. Upon arrival, it's as if you are cared for on a cloud. Whatever you want and need is granted. The amenities are absolutely outstanding. Even the sheets are beyond soft. Breakfasts are plenty and included in addition to a lovely appetizer and wine buffet every evening. Do you wish fresh-baked cookies and popcorn? Yes, you wish is their command. The location can't be beat. 2 blocks to the main street--State Street. The rooms are incredibly Victorian and the grounds make you want to stay there the entire time and soak in the gorgeous greenery, trees, and flowers. A must!
