What a nightmare

We rented five rooms for 50th anniversary on January 23, 2010. Cost for five rooms was $2417.00 The heater did not work in our room so they brought in a portable heater. It was inadequate and cycled on and off all night. Not a restful sleep. The next morning while my wife was showering the shower head flew off cutting he chin. Later learned the owner did not want to pay $4000.00 for a new heater, so he thought a portable heater would do. It did not.
