Unless you really, really need/want to be in town, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a 4-5 star experience. The Anaszi is 3 star all the way. I'm so surprised to see the Concierge.com description as "refined" and even more surprised to see it described as recently renovated - it most certainly is not. The thermostats look to be circa 1980, as do the bathrooms, and window treatments (plastic). The Anasazi is absolutely fine, and in many ways very quaint, but it's in another universe from Las Ventanas, so don't be expect a comparable experience or quality level. The food is very tasty and Bob the concierge couldn't have been better - so nice and so efficient. Other staff were not so great - we met with a lot of incompetence and occasional rudeness. Next trip to NM we'll definitely try Encantado instead.
