Santa Fe + Taos

The resort grounds and atmosphere are unique and very beautiful. It was where we became engaged and naturally the only venue to have our wedding. The wedding staff is top notch. They are helpful, professional, and easy to work with. My rating would be close to perfect if it were not for the security staffs behavor and treatment of our guest and the bride and groom. For our family this was a special occasion to bring us all together in union. Our gathering after the reception was interrupted by the security staffs confrontational and rude treatment. They almost ruined the end of a wonderful evening. We planned, saved, and spent lot of time and expense on our special day only to be treated by security as if our peaceful family of professionals were an imposition. All of the rooms are beautiful. The TV's were out of commission in all of the guest rooms. The only one working was the TV in the bar area. Our honeymoon suite door lock had to be repaired by maintenance while the bride waited to get ready for the big day.
