Bright red windowpanes offset blue walls in this beautiful and buzzing Thai restaurant, located above the Face Bar in a magnificent colonial mansion that's part of the Ruijin Hotel. Buddha statues watch over the dining room while patrons peruse the extensive wine list for a bottle that can stand up to the authentic and fiery fare. Spicy chiles add a kick to the som tam, a fresh papaya salad with dried shrimp and peanuts, and the delicious and creamy green curry—made with basil and lime—also packs some heat.
