Young proprietor Gianfranco Cammarata pours exceptional wines from tiny producers, including many you'd be hard-pressed to find anywhere other than the vineyards themselves. Food tends to be simple but well-sourced platters of salumi and pâtés—and dark chocolate for the red-wine drinkers.
