The central location along the embankments near the Triple Bridge means that perusing the offerings is an extremely popular pastime for both locals and tourists, so if you see a worthy find, grab it. Haggling is expected, but don't be too aggressive. You might get a discounted price, but it won't be 50 percent off. The stated hours are Sundays from 8 am to 1 pm, but there's a fair chance the vendors will stick around a bit longer on a sunny summer afternoon.
