There wasn't a section for Ghana, Africa, so i'm post here the next closet city. When You go to Ghana, Take along with you some cheap items like CD player, books, coloring books . Basically items under $10.00. Things that we don't think are worth much are like gold in Africa. You can trade these "cheap" items in the market place for gaments, masks and other hand-made crafts. A hand-made mask cost $500.00 or more in the US, but you can get the same mask for a trade of a small book report a problem
