Avoid Grace Hotel

...if you can. A lot of high-end private safaris will send you there. This is an example of a hotel that is WAY past its prime. Toss in that staff is rude and management indifferent, and this is a hotel to be avoided at all costs. report a problem

I have only ever experienced exquisite service at The Cape Grace. It is timeless and its excellence shine's well through the staff's friendliness. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a proper 5 star experience like no other in Cape Town.
