St. Barths restaurants

If you can swallow the prices, dining out in St. Barths is a delicious affair. The island boasts some of the best French cuisine (often with a Creole twist) this side of the Atlantic. It's worth sampling the island's finest fare at lunch, too, as the prices are better, and many spots tend to go into party mode as the night wears on. Reservations are essential.

St. Barths also has excellent delis and markets, where you can pick up local delicacies such as accras (cod fritters), blood sausage, fish soup, and spiny lobster.
