St. Lucia

Went to JM on a whim over the holidays. Have had opportunity to stay in some exceptional properties and believe that JM sets a new bar for accommodations and service. Rooms: missing a wall which means you are always outside. Beyond luxurious...spiritual. Wake up in the middle of the night and see the stars beaming on the pitons. Architecture and design truly arresting. Service: Small number of rooms and 1:5 ratio of guest to staff takes service to new level. I needed a computer charger (Mac) and a prescription filled and they pulled off both before we arrived. Each night, we would finish dinner and take dessert in our room. Owners are passionate about doing something special/different here and it shows. Really impressive. Scott Galloway
