Rooms contrast original Belle Époque details with sleek new finishes. New in 2010, the Sensai Select Spa added a Finnish sauna and an "enormous pool that allows you to swim to the outside from indoors." Jungfrau Brasserie uses ingredients from Swiss suppliers only.
