This is one of the most beautiful settings I have ever seen, and I feared the food would pale in comparison. Not so - easily one of the best meals I have ever had. The service is stiff and formal, which is a bit of a bummer. But all else is perfect. Quay (pronounced by the locals as "key") is an absolute must. It's very expensive but worth every penny - except maybe the wine list which is exorbitant, even by Australian standards (don't expect to find any deals on winelists anywhere there - they are taxed to the hilt - Aussie wine is much more affordable in the US).
We had eight different items between us and all were FANTASTIC. Amazingly complex with great local ingredients but never strange or over the top. Incredible.
