If you really want to know what's happening on Provo, show up at this lively dockside watering hole on Wednesday evenings for chicken or ribs night. A crowd of regulars will be there, locals and long-term visitors, bringing with them all the latest island gossip. On other nights, menu favorites tend toward cabana bar standards—burgers, pizzas, nachos—although in addition to finding the expected Caribbean selections, unrepentant carnivores will be able to rip into some serious beef. If you ask nicely, owner Doug Cammozi will even pair them with some especially fine red wines.
Open Mondays through Thursdays 11 am to 10 pm, Fridays 11 am to 11 pm, Saturdays and Sundays 7 to 11 pm.
