Grand Hotel deceives

For the first time I don't agree with the descritpion made by concierge about an Hotel.
I stayed at this hotel and I got very disapointed. I have booked one standard room for about 250 euros /night without breakfast (not cheap). The room was very small, not confortable, the carpets dirty...
They proposed me other rooms. I ended in a junior suite without any of the glamour and chic that was expected from the concierge's description.
I think you should, really, pay a visit to this hotel and make a revision of your statement. It is not easy to understand that this hotel belongs to your list.
