Tuscany

We called ahead to make a reservation for a party of 11 persons. They insisted that with a party this size we needed to choose (months ahead) the menu (narrowed down to two possible choices from their entire dinner menu) that we would be served that evening. Yes, everyone needed to eat the same thing! Not only was that inconvenient because we had couples coming from all over the United States, but who knew what they want for dinner three months in advance when you've never been to a restaurant. Although it's been touted as an extraordinary place to dine...I'll pass. There are too many wonderful restaurant choice all over Italy that are more welcoming!
