Reopened in 2010, Trilogy is a vast dance club at the entrance of the Madinat Jumeirah souk. After strutting your stuff (if you can find a space to dance) on the laser-lit ground and first floors, you can escape to the open-air rooftop bar for a breather. The club is busiest on Thursdays and Fridays, when up to a thousand people move to famous electronic music acts, Persian techno, and multinational DJs. Reserve a VIP table or buy an advance-sale ticket if you want to skip waiting in line. Wear some bling to fit in with hard-partying locals.—Susan Hack
