Caffeine fiends previously found it hard to get a fix on St. Thomas. Enter the Barefoot Buddha. Though its motto is "Hang Zen," you'll be doing more fueling up than blissing out with tea and coffee specialties such as chaispressos and Vietnamese lattes. Justine Callwood, daughter of legendary British Virgin Islands bar proprietor Foxy, opened this organic breakfast and lunch spot where daily specials include hearty breakfast sandwiches and Asian-style noodles. Brightly-colored cushions, a disco ball, and tables hand painted with Asian-inspired imagery make for a funky, laidback spot for checking e-mail on the restaurant's Wi–Fi.

Open Mondays through Saturdays 7 am to 3 pm and Sunday 8 am to 3 pm.
