Rhumblines serves up Caribbean and Pacific Rim cuisine in a relaxed backyard setting. Diners can mix and match pupu portions of dishes such as coconut-crusted shrimp and spicy vegetable samosas. If you're not the sharing type, order the entree of sesame-crusted Szechuan tuna, served with bok choy stir fry and crunchy fried noodles. After dinner, grab a stool—or a swing—at the bar and sample specialty drinks like the Rhumbwacker, a chocolatey take on the bushwacker (a trademark Virgin Islands cocktail of more than half a dozen spirits, including rum, vodka, and amaretto).
