As strip clubs go, the Cecil has always been well lit and friendly, with good pub food and attractive performers. And since Canadian laws allow exotic dancers to take it all off, the place is often packed with tourists from south of the border, pinching themselves to make sure they're not dreaming. Regulars will notice a new look and concept with popular DJs and music programs to accommodate ravers and partygoers alike. If you're here for the female entertainment (and who isn't?), there's a good view of the stage from just about anywhere in the room. Get a little closer to the action in the "tipping section" around the edge of the stage—just be prepared to lay down some bills. On Fridays and Saturdays from 9 pm to 3 am, nude dancers are available only in the VIP areas.—Kasey Wilson
