IQs Hospitality Disappoints

I do not typically write reviews, let alone negative ones, but I feel I need to warn travelers about IQs. My husband and I booked three nights there that we unfortunately had to delay due to illness. IQs took the $1200 we had pre-paid for the room, showed no understanding or interest in our situation, and never answered my request for later dates that we could visit. This is deplorable and this hotel should not consider itself part of the service industry.
