A wonderful hotel with charm, great rooms & wonderful service. We were there in 07 & came back again in 08. The concierge service is fantastic & they use a tour guide named Richard who is worth every penny. The breakfast buffet,included in the room cost, is fabulous. They couldn't be more service oriented. The first time we arrived, after flying all night, we asked for a dining suggestion. We were confused w/the directions so they had somebody from the hotel walk us to our restaurant-that's class. You can walk to most tourist sites. Be sure to get tickets to the Vienna's Boys choir through the concierge before you get to Vienna.
