met the chef...

We visited vieques under Guye's tenure, and the food was spot on! The Cioppino was the best ive ever had, (usually too heavy on the wine) and the choux pastry gnocchi (the chef shared his recipe with me while sharing his stock of Poire William with my wife and I. Delightful!) was melt in your mouth fabulous. Do visit.
