Simple but the food is great

As the description states this restaurant is in an old building (be aware of the extremely narrow spiral staircase). The tables and chairs are plain and the napkins are "wet wipes". However, once you begin eating you won't care. I was there with some locals who knew what to do so I just observed and enjoyed the results. I am not a big fish eater and even thought it was chicken. A must restaurant to visit, if not this particular one, then look for other "Cha Ca" restaurants.
