This Chinatown dive won't win any interior-design awards, but the spartan digs make the Hong Kong cuisine taste that much more authentic. The late hours (2 a.m. nightly) have also brought a devoted clientele, who know there's at least one place to go for shrimp dumpling soup or flounder sautéed with ginger when the rest of the city is fast asleep.
