My partner and I stayed here in Oct09 for a week and loved every moment. We were among the older guests... and we're 30yo The staff and young, gorgeous and helpful, while the hotel somehow blends industrial/minimal/recycled architecture and furniture into a totally welcoming and comfortable space. The rooftop bar and pool are the perfect place to relax while you enjoy the funky music that throbs throughout the whole hotel. Yes it is more suited to borderline exhibitionist type folks, and yes you can hear the vibrant street below from your room - but isn't this part of the charm? If you're looking for a full-service/all-inclusive/generic mexican holiday.... then go to Cancun.
